mat\u00e9riau non tiss\u00e9 PP, leader du march\u00e9 en Lituanie et l\u2019un des leaders sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus de production, l\u2019entreprise utilise des technologies ultrasoniques pour l\u2019assemblage thermique des bords. Les processus technologiques utilisant les ultrasons sont continuellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s : r\u00e9cemment, la ligne de production a introduit une innovation d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par les sp\u00e9cialistes de l\u2019entreprise, ce qui a permis d\u2019optimiser le processus de production standard et d\u2019atteindre une vitesse de production de 50 sacs PP par minute.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, le demandeur, avec la participation des chercheurs de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Ultrasons de la KTU, mod\u00e9lise le processus de production de sacs en mat\u00e9riau PET non tiss\u00e9, et les processus de production du mat\u00e9riau RPET non tiss\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche montrent qu\u2019il existe non seulement des conditions pr\u00e9alables r\u00e9alistes pour la nouvelle technologie de liaison thermique ultrasonique destin\u00e9e au processus de production automatique de sacs en PET \/ RPET non tiss\u00e9, mais aussi des probl\u00e8mes identifi\u00e9s ainsi que des activit\u00e9s de R&#038;D visant \u00e0 les r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet soumis vise le d\u00e9veloppement automatique d\u2019une technologie flexible de liaison thermique ultrasonique pour le processus de production automatique de sacs en PET \/ RPET non tiss\u00e9. Les activit\u00e9s de R&#038;D destin\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes scientifiques et technologiques permettront de cr\u00e9er une solution technologique pour l\u2019assemblage ultrasonique du mat\u00e9riau PET \/ RPET non tiss\u00e9 dans des conditions de production automatis\u00e9e, solution pouvant \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e aux installations de production de sacs PP non tiss\u00e9s actuellement sur le march\u00e9. Des conditions pr\u00e9alables seront \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour la mise en \u0153uvre de cette m\u00e9thode : pendant le projet, un module automatique de formation et de fixation des poign\u00e9es sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le processus de production automatique des sacs en PET \/ RPET non tiss\u00e9, ce qui d\u00e9montrera l\u2019applicabilit\u00e9 de la solution au processus technologique de production standard le plus courant. Le troisi\u00e8me produit est un sac en PET \/ RPET non tiss\u00e9 avec des coutures r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par liaison thermique automatique.<\/p>\n<p>UAB Bagfactory, du 18 mars 2019 au 13 mars 2021, met en \u0153uvre le projet Technologie flexible de liaison thermique ultrasonique pour le processus automatique de production de sacs non tiss\u00e9s (PET-RPET GO) (No. J05-LVPA-K-04-0014) financ\u00e9 par les fonds de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne pour 2014\u20132020 (Fonds europ\u00e9en de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional), Programme op\u00e9rationnel d\u2019investissement, Priorit\u00e9 1 Promotion de la recherche, du d\u00e9veloppement exp\u00e9rimental et de l\u2019innovation, Mesure No. J05-LVPA-K-04 Intelligence.
