At the moment we’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new clients and develop sales of the company’s products in foreign markets, including the Scandinavian countries, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, and the UK
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, prepare commercial proposals, and conduct negotiations
- Coordinate the sales process and manage billing
- Conduct market analysis and keep abreast of trends
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Travel as needed to observe and ensure product placement and appearance on retail shelves
Competency Expectations:
- A higher education degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales in a manufacturing, trading, or service company, with specific experience in the field of packaging or with FMCG retail chains
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and independent
