Since 2007

Our Story

The history of BAGFACTORY backdates to the year 2007 when two young entrepreneurs open a Chinese import-export office and start producing custom made packaging for grocery supermarket chains and department stores in Central Europe and Scandinavia.

Since the year 2015 BAGFACTORY owns and operates a manufacturing plant in Lithuania, EU, and offers eco-friendly machine made bag manufacturing from non-woven spunbond and paper.

We care about nature and therefore all of our business concepts revolve around environmental sustainability.

Since the year 2015 BAGFACTORY owns and operates a manufacturing plant in Lithuania, EU, and offers eco-friendly machine made bag manufacturing from non-woven spunbond and paper.

We produce eco-friendly, reusable, machine-made, non-woven pp shopping bags using an innovative sewing technology. This technology enables us to produce the finest finishing. The conventional needle-and-thread sewing method is being replaced with the new technology which can achieve economy of scale and provide a more competitive price to customers.

BAGFACTORY uses non-woven spunbond material to produce our environmentally friendly bags. Sunbond non-woven material is a recyclable plastic, it is breathable, reusable, washable, recyclable, strong, extremely lightweight, comfortable and soft. From the year 2020, recyclable non-woven spunbond materials are available for bag production.

To complete our range of eco-friendly carrier bags, BAGFACTORY has invested into automatic paper carrier bag manufacturing lines. We are able to offer various size Kraft white or brown paper bags with twisted or flat handles in various thicknesses with prints.

BAGFACTORY is an innovator in sustainable reusable bag production and invests into recyclable materials and bag production innovations. Together with scientists from Ultrasound Research Institute of Kaunas University of Technology, we are working on modelling the production process of non-woven 100% R-PET bags.

We offer high-volume production for any client size.

BAGFACTORY can offer flexography or screen-printing methods for machine-made reusable and paper bags.

We can guarantee a high level of flexibility and can manage any logistical challenge to deliver products in time.

A Chinese import-export office to produce custom made packaging for the FMCG sector is setup.

We become the first producer/imported of oxo-biodegradable plastic bags in the Baltic States.

November, 2008

We designed and produced innovative non-woven PP bags with reflective edges in China for one of the grocery supermarket chains in the Baltic States.

We engage in an expansion project and move to the new 3,500 square meter production plant in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We launch an automatic paper carrier bag production line and become the first factory in the Baltic States that starts to produce twisted handle paper carrier bags in a fully automatic way.
