At Bagfactory, we make custom non-woven bags tailored to different business needs.
Our machine-made range includes bags made from non-woven polypropylene (PP), recycled polypropylene (rPP) and recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET), including options designed for repeated use. We also produce machine-made paper bags.

Printing Methods
We offer two printing methods: flexographic printing and screen printing.
Flexographic Printing
Up to 8 colours
Flexographic printing uses a flexible relief plate, which resembles a modern letterpress, with high speed rotary functionality. This printing type can be used on a wide range of materials and can use up to 8 colours.
Screen Printing
Up to 2 colours
Screen printing is likely to be the better known printing process. This involves using mesh to transfer the ink design to the bag. If you would like your bags screen printed, you can select up to two colours.
