Bagfactory has introduced a distinctive cube-shaped non-woven bag designed for repeated use. This product is intended as an alternative to single-use paper and plastic bags, as well as traditional sewn bags.
Innovation
Our patented production process is fully automated, enabling large-scale manufacturing. The bag features ultrasonic bonding and a seamless bottom, creating a strong construction suitable for carrying groceries. The ecoV Cube bag is designed for repeated and everyday use.
Exclusive material
The bag is crafted of minimum 95% recycled non-woven material, which is fully breathable, washable, and 100% recyclable. Its unique structure is designed to resist rain penetration from the outside, yet allows liquids to escape from the inside to the outside. This feature discourages the use of these bags as garbage bags, promoting their intended re-use. We are proud to offer European technological solutions for everyday shopping.

We develop and manufacture ecoV Cube bags designed for repeated use at our factory in Vilnius, Lithuania.
LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIAL
For our ecoV Cube bags, we use non-woven material with a weight of 70–120 g/m², selected according to the product’s strength, functionality and the amount of material required.
UP TO 100% RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS
Our non-woven bag is made from a single type of material. This mono-material construction is designed to make the recycling process easier.
MADE FROM A MONO-MATERIAL
Our non-woven bag is crafted from a single type of material, allowing it to be 100% recyclable after multiple uses. This mono-material design simplifies the recycling process.
WATER-BASED INKS
We print our ecoV Cube bags using water-based inks.
LOWER RAW MATERIAL CARBON FOOTPRINT
Using recycled PP instead of virgin PP can significantly reduce the carbon footprint associated with raw material production.
DESIGNED FOR REPEATED USE
The ecoV Cube bag’s construction provides strength and allows it to be used repeatedly when the specified use and care instructions are followed.
SUITABLE FOR INDIRECT FOOD CONTACT
Our non-woven bag can be used as secondary packaging for indirect contact with food.

The bag can carry loads of up to 40 kg. Its strong construction contributes to its durability and allows it to be used repeatedly.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY AND RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
We improve our production processes in line with circular economy principles. Our focus is on using raw materials efficiently, returning secondary raw materials generated during production to the material cycle, and introducing technologies that use resources more efficiently.
BREATHABLE & WATER REPELLENT FABRIC
Our non-woven material is produced by melting polymers and forming them into long fibres using heat and air. The fibres are then compressed between heated rollers to create a flexible and durable material with a canvas-like texture. The material is breathable and designed to resist rain from the outside while allowing moisture to escape from within.
RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCTION
Our bag manufacturing process uses certified electricity generated entirely from renewable energy sources.
HAND-WASHABLE
The bag can be washed by hand at low temperatures (below 30°C). Cleaning the bag can extend its useful life.
